How do I know if the product will fit?

We have a detailed size guide on our home page that your able to follow. If you need help or have any questions about the fit, we are more than happy to send through more information. Contact us hello@somers.co.nz

What sizes do you range?

The majority of our range is 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16

Our Echo Jersey is XS (6), S (8-10), M (10-12), L (12-14) , XL (14-16)

What is your returns policy?

We understand that sometimes it just isn't right. Not to worry, we have a easy and FREE return policy within New Zealand. As long as the garment is in original condition, unworn or unused, free of make-up or perfume (please be careful when trying clothing on), with tags attached then there shouldn't be any problem!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

How much is postage?

Postage is free for orders over $100.00 within NZ. Postage rates are calculated on check out. 

Outside of New Zealand, standard international shipping rates apply on all orders. Please note any taxes incurred by overseas purchases are at the purchasers expense. 

How can I change my postal address?

These things happen! Email us hello@somers.co.nz within 2 hours of ordering to make your changes. 

What happens if there is a delivery mishap to my order (damaged or lost)?

Get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to solve the situation. Please email hello@somers.co.nz

What are the payment methods available?

We choose to use a secure payment method called PayPal. This accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

We do not offer lay buy or pay later. 

How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?

Once we have received your order, we will process this and aim to have it shipped the next working day. 

We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
